  • February 2016 till now Oil Field Development Study targeted for an Iranian Offshore Heavy Oil Reservoir: An integrated study to obtain appropriate EOR methods including development of static and dynamic reservoir model, EOR screening study, SCAL and PVT analysis, EOR laboratory study. Sponsored by NIOC- IOOC.
  • May 2012- October 2012  Senior researcher on Alkaline-Surfactant-Polymer (ASP) flooding for EOR: designing an appropriate core flooding set-up for heavy crude oil working at high temperature condition; Phase behavior study; core flooding experiments; effluent analyses. Sponsored by Shell Chemicals.
  • 2008-2012  Senior researcher on foam for EOR and IOR applications: experimental and theoretical studies of immiscible foam flow in porous media; screening of foam-forming surfactants; foam rheology in the absence and presence of oil; dynamics of foam flow in porous media with the aid of X-ray computed tomography; alkaline-surfactant-foam (ASF) flooding; Gas oil gravity drainage (GOGD), modeling of foam flow. Sponsored by Shell Global Solutions International.
  • 2006-2008  Senior researcher on polymeric gel as water shut-off for reducing water cut in oil producing wells: conducting and supervising laboratory studies; gel formation and propagation mechanisms; gel rheology at high temperature and high salinity conditions. Sponsored by NIOC-PEDEC.
